Tonights the Night...

Okay, tonight is Meet You Teacher night at school. Our evening actually starts around 4 and last until 7 pm. First we will go meet Gibson's preschool teacher. That is from 4 until 5. I figure we will just show up around 4:30, that should give us plenty of time. I just hope that once Gibson meets his teacher that it will make him want to go to school. He keeps telling me that he isn't going to school. Then from 5 until 6 we will go meet with Nolan's teacher. Nolan is ready to start 4th grade, just doesn't seem like he should be in 4th grade. After Nolan meets his teacher, we will venture to the Middle school to meet a whole list of teachers that Kylee will have. Her meet the teacher is from 6 until 7. Kylee is also ready to start the 5th grade. Just seems so young to actually have to switch from class to class. I've explained to her that she can't just mope around between classes, she has to be on the ball because she will only have a few minutes to get from one class to the next or she would be tardy. And, I'm pretty sure after so many tardies that you will get some kind of punishment. My kiddo's are growing up too fast for this mommy. Blanche will be the only one that will make the daily trip to Mema and Grandpas for the day. Well that is until probably sometime in December when the new baby will start making that daily trip with Blanche. I pray for my children daily. Ask God to keep his hands upon them, keep them safe and direct their paths. I'm not worried about Kylee and Nolan starting their new school year after all they are pros by now. But, I am worried about my little Gibson. So, if you could say a little prayer for both me and Gibson on Thursday morning because I'm so scared of what that morning will bring. Atleast pray that God will give me strength not to shed any tears, in front of Gibson that morning. Mommy's got to be strong!!!
