Yes, my life is wild and crazy! You try living in a house with a hubby and 5 kids. There is NEVER a dull moment. Except maybe when they are all in bed. We run to school activities, run to after school activities, there's girl scouts, boy scouts, volleyball, basketball...etc it just goes on an on. But you know what? One day I will look back and miss it all and wonder what am I going to do today? LOL

Weekend
What a busy weekend we had...guess we can start with Friday night. Friday night, Kylee had a volleyball tournament in Viburnum. They played a bunch of games with the first starting at 5....which meant I had to use some vacation time to make it to the game on time. The girls got 4th place and medals. Way to go 4th grade volleyball team. Loved watching the games, hated chasing my 3 and 2 year old all over the place. They were really good for like the first game but after that...oh my! We got home around 9 that night....we were all tired. Think Kylee was more tired since she did play LOTS of gamse. Saturday morning started bright and early. Blanche was up at 6, Gibson was up just a few minutes later...then the whole house was up. Not sure why my kids feel the need to hit the floor running as soon as their little eyes open up because Mommy sure could have used some more shut eye time. Mike had our day planned for us. Cleaning the garage and house. Of coarse everyone got to start cleaning the garage as Mom got to cook breakfast. I hate to cook and would have rather been cleaning the garage instead. But, I got breakfast fixed....everyone came in an ate. Then it was back to cleaning. I cleaned up the dishes and cleaned the kitchen counters. I also cleaned the master bathroom all around. Boy, it really looked good when I got done. Kylee had a birthday party from 11 until 1, so Mike took another break to run here to town for that. Mean time, I'm still cleaning inside. When Kylee got home around 1:30 I was ready to take a shower and get out of the house. So, I put Blanche down for a nap, daddy worked her so hard she needed a nap. Love to watch my babies sleep. My little angels. AWWW! While Blanche slept, I took my shower and headed outside to enjoy some fresh air. The breeze was chilly but the sun felt really good. Saturday evening, Mike went coonhunting. I got the kids all in bed and finished watching the VERY LONG baseball game. 20 ENDINGS! The St Louis Cardinals ended up losing and had several chances to score. Oh wells...they came back last night and won!!! Sunday we got up, ate breakfast and went to church. After church we rushed home to get Kylee to town for Volleyball practice. I sat and watch for an hour and a half. The girls are improving but I have to say I'll be glad when it's over. After practice we ran to the grocery store to pick up some items for our afternoon barbque. Mike did the grilling while I fixed baked potatoes, corn on the cob and baked beans. It was yummy!!! Mike invited some friends over...it was a good time. I was so ready for bed but the kids wouldn't cooperate. Think I finally got in bed a little after 11. Gibson woke me a little after 1...he had peed his bed. I was shocked because since he has been potty trained he has NEVER peed the bed. I was so tired, not in the mood to change a bed so I let him sleep with us. A little after 3, Blanche came in to tell me she had peed her bed too. Oh boy! So, me and Blanche went to the couch and slept until I heard Mike get up for work. I then carried her in and put her in our bed where Gibson was still fast a sleep. I never fell back to sleep, so I'm going to guess that I might have got 4 hours of sleep last night. I sure have the yawns today. It will be a late night tonight too because Kylee has volleyball practice from 5:30 until 7:30. Oh wells.....one day I'm going to miss this.......
