Baby Halbert Update!

WOW!!! Guess I'm not doing too well at this blogging stuff. I haven't posted anything on here since May. Thought I'd better share a little something that is going on in the Halbert household.
Last Friday, I went to my baby dr visit. We are at 28 weeks 1 day, as of today. I can not believe how fast this pregnancy is going by. To think in less than 12 weeks we will be meeting our little bundle of joy for the very first time. I'm getting really excited about meeting him/her. Yes, that is right we do not know if baby Halbert is a boy or girl. We didn't want to know....we like the being surprised. You don't get too many real surprises in life, so this is one surprise I want to keep. By the way it will be my last little bundle of joy, as I'm pushing the big 40 next year, I just feel that 40 is the age by which I will stop having kids. Any ways...back to our baby dr visit. I had to do the 1 hour glucose test, which I have to say I passed it the first time around...no going back for the 3 hours test. YES!!! Baby's heart beat and movement is good...everything is still on take for a October 31st due date. Although Dr Cunningham doesn't think that the baby will wait until then, especially since both Gibson & Blanche arrived 2 weeks early. I'm really hoping that the baby will arrive on the 11th of October. That is my dad and would have been my grandma Pyatts birthday....so I think that would be an awesome day for the baby to arrive. Time will tell, for now I plan to enjoy every minute of this pregnancy....I love being pregnant. It is a true miracle of God.
I will close by saying I hope that everyone has a great week and I hope to do better at this blogging.
